Are you curious about meditation, but haven’t found the motivation to develop a regular practice? Is your current practice in need of some rejuvenation? Join me in a 21 day challenge that will kick-start your meditation practice or re-invigorate your current practice. It takes at least 21 days to form a new habit, research suggests. I will cover the foundations of mindfulness meditation and layer on teachings slowly, allowing you to integrate each one. For the experienced meditator, revisiting these foundations allows you to drop deeper into your practice. The most important part of this program, however, is the daily practice. We’re keeping it to 15 minutes... only 15 minutes! Upon completion of this program, you will be well on your way to ensuring that meditation becomes a regular part of your life.
