Lisa believes that when we are able to understand ourselves and our inner workings, we become more skillful and compassionate in the ways we engage with our lives, and all those in it.​

With her playful passion for mindfulness meditation, Lisa motivates her clients to explore possibilities. She embodies the spirit of meditation through her true presence and graceful acceptance of each moment. She inspires others to expand their awareness and connection to who they are, and how they want to be.​

  • iRestLevel 1 Instructor

  • Co-Active trained Coach

  • 200 HRT Certified Yoga Instructor – Breathe for Change
